
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
● Design and develop solutions in the ServiceNow platform to support business processes.
● Configure/customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or other custom applications/modules.
● Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies/actions, script includes, and integrations.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
● Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
● Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
● Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
● Ensure ServiceNow platform performance, security, and scalability.
● Follow Agile/Scrum best practices in development and delivery.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
● Micro or Suite Certification in ServiceNow is a must.
● Mainline or Expert Certifications will be preferred.
● Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
● Proficient in developing and customizing core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.
● Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
● Familiarity with ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and security management.
● Experience with API integrations and automation using REST/SOAP.
● Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
