We are seeking a talented and motivated Mendix Developer to join our remote team. As a Mendix Developer at Metafic, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using the Mendix low-code platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and
intuitive solutions that address our clients’ unique challenges.
● Designing, developing, and deploying Mendix applications in accordance with project requirements and best practices.
● Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.
● Building and maintaining reusable components, modules, and microservices within the Mendix platform.
● Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
● Providing technical guidance and support to team members, and participating in knowledge sharing activities.
● Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in low-code development, and recommending enhancements to existing processes and methodologies.
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Certified Mendix Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Mendix platform development.
● Proficiency in Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro.
● Strong proficiency in model-driven development, and proficiency in developing custom widgets and modules.
● Experience with integrating external systems and APIs, and implementing security best practices.
● Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality solutions.
